Flexible connection is a key part of battery pack of new energy vehicle. It is formed by welding multiple aluminum layers. The quality of the joints effects the performance of the battery pack. Now the flexible connections are mainly fabricated by using molecular diffusion bonding method, whose joint quality is unstable and weak. Only one joint is formed at one time, which limits the production rate. Shaanxi Zhituo use solid-state additive manufacturing method to produce flexible connection parts. The quality is much improved and very stable. Meanwhile, the production efficiency is greatly improved.
