Joint of Cemented Carbide
introduction
The joint of Cemented Carbide is bonded via diamond coating layer under low temperature diffusion bonding, used as dit in oil drilling application. The joint process ensures the length of bit as well as high temperature carbonization of diamond.
Ultrasonic welding head is formed by diffusion bonding of Cemented Carbide and titanium, which is mainly used in Ultrasonic welding of soft metal (such as copper and nickel) in new energy car industry.
Stamping die punch is formed by diffusion bonding of Cemented Carbide and refractory steel. It’s main application is High-speed stamping of stainless steel nut, which can stand high temperature conditions.
