Deputed by a chemical industrial enterprise, Shaanxi Zhituo has developed a glass microchannel heat exchanger whose mass transfer efficiency is 10 to 100 times of conventional kettle type reactor. Through the unique design of the microchannel, the mixing efficiency of heterogeneous reaction is much improved. The heat exchanger has independent heat transfer layers so that the heat transfer efficiency per unit area is over 1000 times of that of conventional kettle type reactor. The reacting temperature can be accurately controlled. The product has been successfully shipped to the customer.
